The department reports one 34 year old female is dead.
I don't believe you have ever walked by the house. I doubt you even live in the neighborhood. I have been to that house, I have been inside that house. There is no way someone would use the word "creepy" to describe it. What is sad is that you use a tragedy and try to link yourself to it in any way just to get attention. Save your attention cry for your facebook where people can choose to delete you so they don't have to read something as offensive as this. You realize two young beautiful children and a beautiful mother lived there? Oh, I am sure you have no idea who lived there as your asinine comment tells those of us who knew the family you didn't. What happened was a tragedy. This is a family tragedy that has devastated an entire family. We are a very large clan that will stick together. We will remember her from birth until her tragic death. The half has not been told of the grief we are all going through. God Bless those who care and cared about her.
The incident occurred in the 2500 block of DeSmet Drive in Casper shortly after midnight. Police responded to reports of a woman screaming and gun shots, according to the department.
The woman, identified in court as Natalie Miller, was pronounced dead on the scene. According to the Natrona County coroner's office, the woman died from gunshot wounds.

The witness said the shots definitely came from victim's home and not the next door neighbor's house.

Natalie is my first cousin, her personality was pure joy and was infectious to all. Natalie was the mother of two beautiful children, they were her everything. While working for the Wyoming Medical Center for the past 10 years, she helped numerous strangers. Natalie had a heart of gold and I feel sad that in today's society, people feel the need to judge others by the circumstances surrounding their deaths as reported through the media outlets. I feel sad for those who did not have the pleasure of know Natalie. Just know that the world lost a great individual. Natalie was a mother, a daughter, a sister, a niece, a cousin, a friend, a colleague, a neigbor, but most of all a special human being. Please respect the families feelings, when you feel the need to write a post. Please just keep in mind, what if this was your family member. Love knows no bounds and Natalie will be missed greatly:(

Meanwhile, police began searching the neighborhood with flashlights, she said. They yelled for the suspect to come out, and he eventually did with his hands in the air.
you are btrfly. How date you say anything about that woman. I'm a neighbor as well and Natalie was a very nice kind person. From what I could see she loved her children deeply. I never in ail lion years would have thought anything like this would happen in her family. They were quiet and respectful. I personally was shocked. I live so close that I got calls from my friends thinking it was me(no joke). Anyways btrfly I've seen you in the neighborhood and if anything it's you who are creepy.
"He was working on her the whole time, even after the ambulance got there," she said. "He never broke stride. He just wouldn't give up." The eyewitness said the first responding officer must have been working on the woman for 30 minutes or longer.
"The neighbor dragged the body to the front porch and said [to the officer], 'Save her, save her," the witness recalled. The officer then pulled her to the side lawn and began performing CPR.
"We got out there as the [male next door neighbor] was coming out to flag the cop down," the witness said.
"We went outside and a lady was screaming about her daughter," she said. "She just kept saying, 'Oh my god, my daughter, oh Air Max Outfit

Don't judge a book by it's cover btrfly. Let me tell you about the wonderful woman inside that "creepy" place as you call it. She was beautiful, she was a wonderful mother, she was a hard worker, Air Yeezy Nike she was a great daughter. When she came into a room, she brightened everyones day. She shined like no one I have ever seen shine. She was always happy and cared about everything she did. She was wonderful. She was my cousin and she will be missed. Police say the two were not alone during the incident. According to Sgt. Deahn Amend, the situation "was not contained to the house."
two always seemed "very nice and quiet."
The witness said at the police took the man down and she lost sight of him behind the parked cars.
"At this point everything is still fresh," Amend said. In response to your question in regards to what kind of help to offer the family, I suggest a trust fund for her children in which people can donate to. I am sure this would get a great response from the community, I know that I would donate. I used to work in banking. You can visit a local bank, I would reccomend Hilltop, First Interstate, or Jonah Bank and set up a fund for the children that anyone can donate to. Once the account has been established, you should contact the Trib and other news outlets and have them pass the word on to everyone in the community. Just a suggestion.
